"The great response from the
community has really touched my heart." said the Rev. Lucy Davis, Director of House
of Hope during the dedication ceremonies on March 7th, 1999. "Not only is this
a place for women and their children to receive food, shelter and clothing, but it is a
place where they can find hope for the future." "The House of Hope is truly a
house of miracles and evidence of an outpouring of God's love," she continued.
"God has provided all our needs through caring people from all over the PeeDee
area."

Mission
Statement: The homeless of
the Pee Dee receive food, safe housing, and clothing, are being led to
faith in Christ, and becoming contributing members of the body of Christ
and of society.
