Since 1984, the Florence Regional Arts Alliance has served as the chamber of commerce for artists, arts organizations, and school arts programs. In that role,
The Arts Alliance has supported and promoted an active, strong, and vibrant arts community to impact Florence County and the Pee Dee through significant contributions in the arts tat have enhanced quality of life, improved education, and supported economic development.

Accomplishments of The Alliance are reflected in our 2006-2007 Campaign Brochure. (for a general summary click to our Development webpage) These accomplishments annually impact the lives of some 40,000 to 60,000 students
and citizens. But that impact would not be possible without the contributions of involved individuals and businesses from across the Greater Florence Area. It is your support that has mad it possible for the Arts Alliance to realize the indicated accomplishments.

We ask you to invest generously for 2006-2007 and commit to "Putting Your
Heart In The Arts" as The Alliance joins forces with the Drs. Bruce and Lee Foundation, the State of South Carolina via Senator Hugh K. Leatherman Sr.,
Francis Marion University, the City of Florence, McLeod Regional Medical Center and Florence County in a concerted effort to make the City and County of Florence the civic and cultural center of the Pee Dee and also the best possible place to live, work and raise a family.
