The
Florence Welcoming Club
Each month
there is a guest speaker representing one of the many
available programs or activities of the area, as well as a
report of upcoming activities within the Club.
A newsletter is
mailed monthly to the membership informing them of the club's
activities and upcoming special events. Throughout the
month smaller groups with different interests meet in various
settings.
New
Groups are constantly forming! Please share your special
talents and interests with us.
Ballroom Dancing:
Free
instruction followed by live music. Couples or singles.
All skill levels.
Book Club:
Bring some of your favorite books to share and discuss with friends.
Coffee Club:
Socialize over a cup of
coffee each month.
Couples Game Night:
Couples enjoy an evening out playing
games or cards.
Dinner Group:
Join
us one Saturday evening a month with your husband or a friend
for dinner out.
Girls'
Get Together: Group that gets together doing various activities
ranging from charity work to movie nights.
Nimble
Fingers:
Bring your handcraft or needlework
to do while you visit with friends.
Lunch Bunch:
Good
times each month when we visit an area restaurant to sample
delightful luncheon fare.
Mom and Tots:
Moms and their
kids meet to have fun and enjoy each other’s company.
Scrap Booking:
Meet once a month to enjoy this "hot" new craft.
